1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Airport Cars Hull (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our services, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Bookings

2.1 Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone.

2.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, including flight numbers, pickup times, passenger details, and luggage requirements.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices are quoted at the time of booking.

3.2 Additional charges may apply for:

Extra waiting time

Additional drop-offs or pickups

Excess luggage requiring a larger vehicle

3.3 Payment is due as agreed (cash, bank transfer, or online payment where available).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a charge.

4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

4.3 No-shows (including incorrect pickup information provided by you) are non-refundable.

5. Waiting Time

5.1 For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals.

5.2 Waiting time charges may apply if:

The passenger delays meeting the driver beyond the included waiting time

5.3 Standard included waiting time: 60 minutes after flight landing unless otherwise agreed.

6. Vehicle & Passenger Safety

6.1 All vehicles are fully insured and licensed in accordance with UK regulations.

6.2 Seat belts must be worn at all times.

6.3 We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger who:

Is intoxicated

Behaves abusively

Poses a risk to the driver or vehicle

7. Luggage

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring your luggage fits safely within the booked vehicle type.

7.2 We accept no liability for loss or damage to luggage or personal items unless caused by our negligence.

8. Delays & Liability

8.1 While we make every effort to be punctual, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Traffic congestion

Weather conditions

Road closures

8.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked and does not cover consequential losses (e.g., missed flights, connections, or appointments).

9. Conduct

9.1 You must treat drivers and vehicles with respect.

9.2 Damage caused by passengers may result in repair or cleaning charges.

10. Privacy

10.1 We only collect information necessary to provide transport services.

10.2 Your data is never shared with third parties except where required to fulfil your booking or comply with legal obligations.

11. Amendments

11.1 We may update these Terms at any time.

11.2 The version applicable is the one displayed at the time of your booking.
