Q: How early do i need to book my Airport Transfer
We recommend booking your airport transfer as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. This helps ensure vehicle availability, especially during busy periods such as school holidays, bank holidays, and peak summer travel seasons.
While we can often accommodate last-minute bookings, booking in advance gives you the best choice of vehicle and complete peace of mind before you travel.

Q: What happen after ive made my booking ?
Once you have made your booking, our team will review the details and send you a booking confirmation, usually within 2 hours.
Due to the high number of cancellations, we now require a 15% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of travel directly to your driver by cash, card, or bank transfer.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
No, all of our prices are per vehicle, not per person. The quoted fare covers the entire vehicle and includes all passengers and luggage within the vehicle’s capacity. Whether you’re travelling alone or as a group, the price remains the same for that vehicle type.
Need a larger vehicle?
We offer cars, estate cars, executive vehicles, and minibuses for larger groups. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
The amount of luggage you can bring depends on the vehicle booked and the number of passengers travelling. As a guide, our vehicles can accommodate standard holiday luggage, but larger items such as golf clubs, pushchairs, mobility aids, or extra suitcases should be mentioned at the time of booking.
If you’re unsure whether your luggage will fit, simply let us know the number and size of your bags when requesting a quote, and we’ll ensure the correct vehicle is allocated for your journey.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
Once your booking has been received, we aim to process and confirm it within 2 hours. You will receive a booking confirmation by email and/or text message containing all of your journey details.
If you have not received a confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us on 01482 969 969 and we will be happy to check the status of your booking.
Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation from Airport Cars Hull.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
For airport arrivals, your driver will normally wait off-site until your flight has landed. Once you have collected your luggage, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm that you are ready for collection.
Your driver will then make their way to the designated arrivals pickup point to collect you.
If you experience any problems locating your driver, please contact us immediately on 01482 969 969, and we will assist you straight away.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
If the driver has already been dispatched or you do not arrive for your scheduled pickup, the full fare will be charged.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We monitor all incoming flights and adjust your pickup time accordingly. As long as you have provided your flight number when booking, there are no additional charges for flight delays.
Your driver will be notified of any delays and will be ready to collect you when you arrive. This service is included in the price, giving you complete peace of mind when travelling with Airport Cars Hull.

If you miss your flight, please contact us as soon as possible on 01482 969 969.
We will do our best to rearrange your airport transfer based on your new flight details and driver availability. Any changes should be communicated to us as soon as they are known to help us accommodate your revised travel plans.
Please note that additional charges may apply if a new journey or significant changes to the original booking are required.
Q: What does the price include?
All Airport Cars Hull prices are fixed and fully inclusive, with no hidden extras.

Q: What happens if I have given an incorrect pickup date or time
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details, including pickup dates and times, are correct.
If a driver is dispatched to an airport or pickup location based on the information provided and the journey cannot be completed due to incorrect booking details, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full fare will be payable.
We strongly recommend checking all travel dates and times carefully when booking. If you notice an error, please contact us on 01482 969 969 as soon as possible so we can update your booking before the driver is dispatched.
